Organisational Structure

We pride ourselves on ensuring there are no unnecessary layers of management. We have a flexible, linear, organisational structure in place that is time efficient and proactive to augment the service that our clients receive from daily cleaning and encompassing all our other services.

We have a proactive with regular site visits, carried out by members of the Mobile Supervising team and Operations Management information is fed back to the Customer Support Manager at Head Office.

In addition to these visits our Customer Support Manager (CSM), who would be the contact in charge of managing the audit process, ensuring that requests/ queries/ issues are managed directly from the customer and operations team or admin or accounts queries, items are closed out consistently and efficiently.

The CSM is assisted by the QHS&E Assistant who provides documentation for sites in relation to Health and Safety, Environment and Quality. Having the QHS&E Assistant and Customer Support Manager work as a team has proved very successful, we ensure that up to date documentation is in place, the CSM is in direct contact with the Operations Team issues are closed out and documented.

The Customer Support Manager and their department, track any outstanding actions from audits and performance meetings, these would be added to the informal audits carried out by the Mobile Supervising Team and Operations Manager.

The Operations Team is structured with flexibility and responsiveness as a key element. The Operations Manager has a team of Mobile Operatives, Mobile Supervisors and Site Supervisors, all of who are chosen for their ability to communicate well with members of staff, managers and customers. All members of these teams, down to the Cleaning Operatives on site are trained in house using BICS standards as a benchmark. Members of the Mobile Teams, who may be required to use ladders or access platforms on sites for specialist cleans, hold IPAF certification.

During informal and formal site visits, if there are any areas of concern or, if we feel it is required to enhance the areas but is not in the specification, then the Operations Manager uses the Mobile Operatives to carry out service enhancements.

The 24Seven group do not use agency staff at any site or sub contractors to carry out any aspect of cleaning or pest control services. All members of staff are directly employed by the Group fully trained and provided with all the correct tools to carry out their individual tasks. External companies are sub contracted for waste removal and laundry services only.
